One price per person. Plus the vertical you use.
There is one core and it includes everything: sales, marketing, operations, administration, customer portal. You pay for the people who use it. Then you add the vertical for your industry, measured on its own unit — not on headcount.

The extensions
The core already includes its limits. An extension does not add a feature: it raises a ceiling, by quantity, when what is included is no longer enough.
Campaigns grow: the email allowance follows.
The core includes a monthly outbound email allowance. Beyond that they are added in blocks, with no plan change and no need to touch your already verified sending domain.
- Same sending domain, already verified with SPF, DKIM and DMARC
- Transactional and campaigns stay separate
- Return events keep landing on the contact timeline
Every site you publish, in the same CMS.
The core includes your first public sites. Beyond those, each site is added by quantity, with the same editor, the same forms and the same lead queue.
- Same headless CMS, no separate environment
- Forms wired into the workspace lead queue
- Domain and publishing per site
Documents and attachments grow: storage follows.
Quotes, signed contracts, ticket attachments and project files take space. What the core includes extends by the GB, with no plan change.
- Adds to the storage already included in the core
- No plan change, no migration
- Backup and restore cover the added GB too
The core stays. The verticals change.
RMM speaks to IT teams. The same scheme holds for other industries: a law firm counts cases and hearings, an engineering practice counts jobs and permits, an agency counts campaigns and accounts. The core stays as it is, and nobody pays for someone else’s vertical.
Questions about price
A person who signs into the workspace and works there. Your customers and partners come in through the portal and are not counted: the portal is included, for as many as you need.
The fee follows. People are billed from the month they join, and leaving frees the seat.
No. The core works whole without them. An add-on goes on when you need it and off when you do not.
No. It stays where it is, read-only, and comes back to life if you switch the add-on on again. Nothing gets lost: that holds for the price list too.
No user minimum and no setup fee. Migrating your data from spreadsheets or another system is something we do together, at onboarding.
In the European Union. Every workspace has its own isolated schema, with per-customer backup and restore.
