To deliver and to invoice
Every order shows what is left to deliver and to invoice, line by line, and how much deposit has already been collected.
Customer orders and delivery notes.
When a client orders once, goods or a service, the order holds the lines and says how each is invoiced: at the order, on a date or on delivery. The delivery note travels with the goods, takes them out of stock and sends to billing what it delivered.

The delivery note does its job
Reason, destination among the client’s sites, transport and packages. Lines invoiced on delivery enter the billing queue with the note.

Site, on approval, return
A note can take goods to a site, out on approval or back again, and the warehouse always knows where they are.
