Purchasing, from order to invoice.

A purchase order starts with its cost and the project it serves. When goods arrive you record the delivery note, for a service its progress certificate, and the supplier’s invoice is matched to what actually arrived.

01

Approval above a threshold

An order above the amount you set waits for the go-ahead of someone who can give it, before it goes out.

02

Delivery notes and progress certificates

Goods arrive with their delivery note and load the warehouse; a service accrues by progress certificates. Both can be recorded without an order.

03

An invoice that does not add up waits

If the supplier’s invoice strays from the order beyond the tolerance you chose, it waits for approval before it is paid.
